Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, if you are an individual (consumer), you have the right to withdraw from your service contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from the contract, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement (by email or post) before the 14-day period expires.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Important!)

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the services have been fully performed before the end of the 14-day period, provided that you expressly requested the performance to begin and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.

For example: if you ask us to launch an advertising campaign immediately and give your express consent, the service is considered started, and the right of withdrawal is lost.

4. Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract within the legal timeframe, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

5. Services Started Early

If you requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expired and then decide to withdraw, you will be required to pay for the services actually provided up to the point of withdrawal.
